Another steaming pile of Maher…

The Democrats are always the first to whine about name calling. They are constantly getting their “panties in a wad” about something. But when their completely unhinged commentators step across that line, “crickets…..”. Recently on Leno one of our faves had this to say:

“I thank the tea baggers….Any tea baggers here tonight? They’re the ones who got it passed. I’m sure they’re saying, “What are you talking about, Bill? I was so against the health care bill, I marched on Washington with tea bags hanging from my hat, dressed up in my founding fathers costume with a picture of Hitler, you know, and Obama’s face on him and, you know, screaming about his birth certificate.” And America saw that and said: “What loons. We’re going with the calm black man.”

Of course that was Bill Maher.  The term “tea baggers” is a derogatory sexual term aimed at the Tea Party movement. For those of you from Lake Jackson, this is how the Urban Dictionary defines the term “tea bagging”: [Graphic]

multiple meanings. 1) one who carries large bags of packaged tea for shipment. 2) a man that squats on top of a womens face and lowers his genitals into her mouth during sex, known as “teabagging” 3) one who has a job or talent that is low in social status 4) a person who is unaware that they have said or done something foolish, childlike, noobish, lame, or inconvenient.

Of course Bill doesn’t stop there, he continues on:

“Oh, they’re such sore losers. Sore losers. And I’m not just talking about the gunfire. I mean, you expect that from the right wing when they lose a a political battle. Of course, the bricks through the window, the death threats on phone machine you know?” That’s all acceptable, you know? You have to throw a little tantrum when freedom, as we know it, dies because I know what it means to be a patriot, is to make sure that kids don’t get checkups.”

If you believe Bill, then all Republicans want children to go without checkups. When Rush Limbaugh stated he wished Obama would fail (i.e. his socialist agenda), he was lambasted on all sides. Glenn Beck and Sarah Palin, the current targets of Democratic ire, are constantly criticized by the left often calling them divisive and accusing them of demagoguery. But when Maher makes statements like these about Sarah Palin,

“John McCain told how he once carried a brain-dead woman through an entire campaign.”

“Thinking you can look at a babbling, barely house-broken, uneducated being and say that’s our leader doesn’t make you enlightened. It makes you a Sarah Palin supporter.”

“Sarah Palin screaming about death panels? You know what, Sarah, if we were killing off useless people, you’d be the first to know.”

Weekly stupid…

D._L._HughleyOK.. so it was on Maher, I know low hanging fruit. But I just happenned to turn on the tube just in time to see tonight’s guest, D. L. Hughely, say that there were no drugs, killings, or homeless people in Los Angeles before Reagan cut the social programs when he was President. I guess Hughely never heard of the Manson family, you know that group of drug addled, homeless murderers who went on a killing spree in 1968. They killed seven people.

And before you lefties point it out, yes Reagan was Governor at the time, he took office in 1967. The few accomplishments he made during his first term was to freeze State hiring, and raise taxes to try and balance the budget. (Anyone else see a pattern here). The homeless, hippies, and druggies have been around in California long before Reagan. And Californian’s have been killing each other since before the Gold Rush.

Excessive ‘nanny state’ social programs will never work, they always wind up ballooning up, and out of control. Just look to California’s current budget crisis for your proof.

So for making unfounded and illinformed statements, D. L. Hughely is our idiot of the week.  Really, he should stick to doing what he knows best, stand up.

Resemblance anyone?

Robert "The Family Guy" GibbsOr maybe it’s just me. I was home sick today with the nasty whatever it is that is going around. So while I was laying around in my DayQuil stupor, I turned on Fox News, and there he was in all of his ignorant splendor. I got a vision of ‘Stewy’ tugging at his pants leg while a talking dog was was trying to usher him quietly out of the room. And I though to myself, “what’s the Family Guy doing on Fox news?”

But there he was, Robert Gibbs the new spokeshead for the Obama Administration, cracking jokes with the Washington Press Corps.

Does anyone else see the resemblance, or is it just me?

Selling to the highest bidder… [Updated]

Well it looks like Governor Helmet Hair from that bastion of well behaved political operatives in Illinois may have been trying to sell Barry Obama’s senate seat.

Blagojevich was charged Tuesday with trying to sell the Senate seat, soliciting money from people with state business and pressing the Chicago Tribune to fire editorial writers who had criticized him. Sheldon Sorosky, Blagojevich’s lawyer, said Tuesday that the governor did nothing wrong.

Funny, that the legacy media has so far neglected to mention his party affiliation. Gov. Blagojevich is a Democrat… go figure…

Meanwhile, Triple J claims he “is not a target of this investigation” and Double J … he lawyer’s up …

Still Scared…

Checking out the blog today, there was a banner ad asking “Blame Palin?”. It would seem that the left, and the legacy media are still scared of Sarah Palin. Meanwhile the latest polls say among Republicans, Palin gets the support of 30% of born-again Christians, 32% of weekly churchgoers, 34% of National Rifle Association members, 28% of current gun owners and 29% of self-identified conservatives. Of Republican voters, 24.4 percent of them favor Palin in 2012 over Romney and Huckabee. Still, the legacy media continues to try and paint Sarah Palin as an idiot by repeating the same old nontruths and fiction and the sheeple who follow them continue to regurgitate it.
