We are blogging today directly from the floor of the Texas Republican Party Convention.. The tenor of the Convention has already been set. During the opening ceremonies recognized the Tejanos that fought for and signed the constitution that made the Republic of Texas possible. Ordinarily, this would be quite appropriate. But with the latest Arizona legislation in the air, this recognition smack of placation. More Later
