A Leopard Never Changes His Spots – The Real Obama

In recent months, Barack Obama has begun to show more of his real colors… Starting with his statement from last month “Somebody invested in roads and bridges. If you’ve got a business, you didn’t build that”, he provided some of the fuel for the Republican convention. Not that anyone should ever be surprised, he has out deficit spent every other President that has ever been. To him, government is the answer, lots and lots of it. After all, “Government is the only thing that we all belong to”. Of course the Obama campaign denies having anything to do with this video that opened the 2012 DNC Convention. But if you truly believe that the Obama campaign did not script every single minute detail of the DNC Convention, then I have some beach front property I’d like to talk to you about in Arizona.

This isn’t anything new, “I think the trick is figuring out how do we structure government systems that pool resources and hence facilitate some redistribution because I actually believe in redistribution — at least at a certain level to make sure that everybody’s got a shot..” Barack has held these views since way back. This quote surfaced recently from a Loyola University address back in 1998. Remember this one, “It’s not surprising then that they get bitter, they cling to guns or religion or antipathy to people who aren’t like them or anti-immigrant sentiment or anti-trade sentiment as a way to explain their frustrations.” Ever wonder why he said this? It is because he believes what Carl Marx wrote about religion all those years ago. “Religious suffering is at the same time an expression of real suffering and a protest against real suffering. Religion is the sigh of the oppressed creature, the sentiment of a heartless world, and the soul of a soulless condition. It is the opium of the people.” Sound similar? Why else would the Obama family attend the Trinity United Church of Christ for twenty years. The vision statement of Trinity United Church of Christ is based upon the liberation theology, a doctrine started in South America by Marxist with emphasis on the redistribution of wealth, allowing poor peasants to share in the wealth of the colonial elite and thus upgrade their economic status in life.

OWS: I See [brain]Dead People…

Following the success of the “Twilight “ movies, the next hot genre of course would be Zombies. And indeed it’s true, “The Walking Dead “ is in it’s second season. And so too is the legacy media enthralled with the antics of the brain dead Occupy Wall Street zombies.

Today’s revelation “We going to burn New York City to the [expletive] ground on the 17th, ain’t no more talking, they got guns, we got bottles, they got bricks we got rocks, let’s see what they got. In a few days they’re going to see what a Molotov cocktail can do to Macy’s” prompted quick action by the New York Police Department and an arrest. The second arrest of protester Tinsley in a month. It seems he was arrested just weeks ago for assaulting a Police Officer.

Today’s ruckus stems from OWS’s eviction from Zuccotti Park. But they’ll be back tomorrow to “put an end to Wall Street’s reign of terror”. Bill Dobbs, one of the OWS organizers, told the New York media “Tomorrow is going to be a day of action around the city,” Dobbs said. “I’m looking forward to going after wall street and also galvanizing public support and awareness of what we’re about.” So, after two months, are they actually going to articulate something. I can’t wait… Let’s see, maybe they will ask for hemp filled hacky sacks. So when they are tired of playing with them, they can just smoke them.

But, I really find the phrase “put an end to Wall Street’s reign of terror” very humorous. When I think of  “a reign of terror” a different picture comes to mind. I see mafia bosses, teamsters, and union thugs, not Bob Poindexter, the Wall Street corporate bean counter. Although, you could get a nasty stab wound from a sharpened pencil, or protractor. The real “reign of terror” is the constant assault on our personal liberties brought on by an ever increasing Federal Government. The “reign of terror” is the border violence that the current Administration turns a blind eye to. The “reign of terror” is the systematic attacks against Christians and Churches in the middle East in the wake of the Arab spring. The “reign of terror” is not your inability to scrape together the required funds to acquire the next iteration of “Gears of War” or “Modern Warfare”.

The most obvious question is, why are we having to watch this in the first place? Who cares about a rowdy ignorant unwashed collection of malcontents. Rapes have become so prevalent in the OWS camps, that one encampment actually created a tent just for women, to guard against rape. Add drugs, theft, sex (either in pairs, or just by yourself) and poor sanitation habits to the mix, and you have the makings of a serious public health issue. And I’m not just talking about things that can be cured by a silver bullet. For those of you from Lake Jackson, I’m not talking about a Coors Light, penicillin is often called a silver bullet. They claim that Wall Street has stolen their wealth and opportunities, meanwhile they steal from each other, rape each other, and assault each other. They have no regard for the rule of law, because they feel they are above it. The way the OWS protesters treat each other detracts from any message, if they had one, that they are trying to bring attention to.

And by the way, when I see a Che Guevara t-shirt, I’m already automatically tuned out, you’ve already lost me….

… so bring on the revolution, a conservative Republican revolution in 2012!

The 99 percent of what?

Looking on to the chaotic scene that is “Occupy Houston”, one only has to wonder, whatever happened to the American Dream. James Truslow Adams described the American Dream this way “life should be better and richer and fuller for everyone, with opportunity for each according to ability or achievement”. He went on to say “It is not a dream of motor cars and high wages merely, but a dream of social order in which each man and each woman shall be able to attain to the fullest stature of which they are innately capable, and be recognized by others for what they are, regardless of the fortuitous circumstances of birth or position.”

These lofty ideals are lost on the rabble that call themselves the 99 percent. Rather than stand on their own abilities or achievements, they look to the government to solve their problems, and pay their way in life. They have succumbed to old ways of the Caste systems and social classes. In their apathy, they have become lazy and stupid. It’s not their fault , you see, corporate greed has stolen their opportunities and fortunes.

Their avarice for other peoples money has blinded them from the real problems we face. Through over reaching regulations, the United States Government has been actively sabotaging businesses in every sector. One only has to look to the automotive industry for proof this is true. Through excessive regulation and aggressive CAFE standards, the Government successfully bankrupted two of the three major automotive manufacturers, and took ownership of one outright, only to turn it over to the unions. The same unions that had a hand in taking the business down. in the first place.

The reasons the jobs and manufacturing are going overseas is simple. Our Government has regulated our businesses to the point that it is no longer profitable to do business in the United States.

So wake up Hippies, put down the drumstick and step away from the drum circle. Set the bong aside, and take a few deep breaths of fresh air to clear away the drug filled haze.

Corporations make money. They use that money to create more products, and make more money. To create more product, they hire more employees. As employment increases, these companies have to compete with other companies to gain employees by offering higher wages and benefits. More wages means employees can buy more products. Corporations make more money, and the system system goes on perpetually.

On the other hand, as Government gets bigger, it employs more people. These employees come from companies, who make money and pay taxes. As more people are added to the Government payroll, more taxes must be collected, increasing taxation. Companies become less productive, generating less income and a smaller tax burden. Eventually, there will be more Government employees subsidized by taxes than the Corporations and individuals can pay for with their taxes and the system collapses under it’s own weight.

It’s not rocket science, I’m thinking that some of you protesting college students might need to re-sit economics again, maybe twice! Just my $.02.

Another steaming pile of Maher…

The Democrats are always the first to whine about name calling. They are constantly getting their “panties in a wad” about something. But when their completely unhinged commentators step across that line, “crickets…..”. Recently on Leno one of our faves had this to say:

“I thank the tea baggers….Any tea baggers here tonight? They’re the ones who got it passed. I’m sure they’re saying, “What are you talking about, Bill? I was so against the health care bill, I marched on Washington with tea bags hanging from my hat, dressed up in my founding fathers costume with a picture of Hitler, you know, and Obama’s face on him and, you know, screaming about his birth certificate.” And America saw that and said: “What loons. We’re going with the calm black man.”

Of course that was Bill Maher.  The term “tea baggers” is a derogatory sexual term aimed at the Tea Party movement. For those of you from Lake Jackson, this is how the Urban Dictionary defines the term “tea bagging”: [Graphic]

multiple meanings. 1) one who carries large bags of packaged tea for shipment. 2) a man that squats on top of a womens face and lowers his genitals into her mouth during sex, known as “teabagging” 3) one who has a job or talent that is low in social status 4) a person who is unaware that they have said or done something foolish, childlike, noobish, lame, or inconvenient.

Of course Bill doesn’t stop there, he continues on:

“Oh, they’re such sore losers. Sore losers. And I’m not just talking about the gunfire. I mean, you expect that from the right wing when they lose a a political battle. Of course, the bricks through the window, the death threats on phone machine you know?” That’s all acceptable, you know? You have to throw a little tantrum when freedom, as we know it, dies because I know what it means to be a patriot, is to make sure that kids don’t get checkups.”

If you believe Bill, then all Republicans want children to go without checkups. When Rush Limbaugh stated he wished Obama would fail (i.e. his socialist agenda), he was lambasted on all sides. Glenn Beck and Sarah Palin, the current targets of Democratic ire, are constantly criticized by the left often calling them divisive and accusing them of demagoguery. But when Maher makes statements like these about Sarah Palin,

“John McCain told how he once carried a brain-dead woman through an entire campaign.”

“Thinking you can look at a babbling, barely house-broken, uneducated being and say that’s our leader doesn’t make you enlightened. It makes you a Sarah Palin supporter.”

“Sarah Palin screaming about death panels? You know what, Sarah, if we were killing off useless people, you’d be the first to know.”

The Nostrildamus Hearings, marching ever closer to communism…

Rat boy is at it again.Taking an old cue from the House Committee on Un-American Activities, chairman of the House Energy and Commerce Committee Representative Waxman (D) intends to hold hearings to intimidate and vilify Caterpillar, Verizon, AT&T and Deere.

It seems these firms have publicly made it known that the newly passed health care reform bill will have an adverse effect on their bottom lines. Caterpillar claims the measure will raise their costs by $100 million just in the first year. The chairman turned Politburo chief, Waxman, has asked each of the corporate representatives to provide full documentation detailing how they arrived at their estimates. This is clearly a move to intimdate and silence any dissenting voices against the Health Care Reform act.

I say bully! go ahead and make an ass of yourself. Vilify the companies that are providing goods and services, generating revenue, and more importantly jobs. But you better make hay while the sun shines… these asinine displays  of complete arrogance will be remembered come election day…
